We welcome you to Signal Business Consulting Ltd. We are passionate about our work and dedicated to delivering a high quality service that will have meaningful results for you.

We founded Signal as a result of working together over many years in the Public Sector senior management. Signal was born out of a desire to frankly deliver governance and assurance more effectively, bringing systems thinking and a pragmatic approach to risk and control in a challenging public sector environment.

Through Signal we wanted to instil a new way of thinking about delivery – “Work hard, have fun, be ethical.”

Growing our business along these lines, adding value to clients by working to these principals of thoughtfulness, learning and decency.

We take each new project as a blank sheet of paper, no templates or prescribed models of working. We listen to clients objectives and obstacles, applying the principals of our professional backgrounds in Internal Audit , Investigation and HR along with our values to arrive at project outcomes that are right for the client

Our Associates

Once we have understood client needs we refer to our wide network of associate colleagues to ensure that we supply the most appropriate colleague to the project. Our network of associates are all specialists in their field. They bring a greater diversity of professional expertise to our services, either by acting in an advisory capacity or directly on assignment.
