Investigations

investigationsAs in all other walks of life, sometimes business needs to deal with inappropriate or non compliant behaviour.

One of the key factors in addressing inappropriate behaviour is the capability of the organisation to carry out a “reasonable investigation”.

This service brings together our two areas of specialist knowledge, Internal Audit and HR. Both professions are typically called upon to carry out internal investigations. Ranging from low level breaches of conduct through to Fraud and Corporate Misbehaviour.

Our investigations are carried out to our usual high standards, recording interviews and logged evidence, calling upon Associates with relevant professional experience in this field that means we can deal with everything from code of conduct, break down in internal controls, Fraud and other corporate criminal allegations.

We adopt a policy of operating to the highest investigation standard, ensuring that our investigation, interviewing, evidence collection and preservation will be of sufficient competency to withstand the test of evidence in either Employment Tribunal or Court.
